Locker Belongings Pick up Schedule

Retrieval of personal items from your child's locker is scheduled for May 26-May 29. Please read the attached Personal Belongings Letter which contains the schedule for your assigned pick up date. You may also print out and complete the attached Parent/Guardian Signout Form and bring it with you on your pick up day.  We will have extra copies available if you are unable to print the form prior to your arrival.
