Fortunately, you have purchased Chromebook insurance through “School Device Coverage.” Because this is an independent insurance company, you will need to file a claim prior to the repair occurring. Please visit their website, https://schooldevicecoverage.com/, to file the claim. We will then be able to send the device out for repair. Your child will be loaned a device while the repair takes place. Please note: You will need your student's Chromebook's device number.
