HMS Summer Assignment Information
HMS HOPES YOU ARE HAVING A HAPPY AND SAFE SUMMER!
All Hackettstown Middle School Students are encouraged to continue
- utilizing the IXL Platform to build upon their existing knowledge and understanding in Mathematics and English Literacy based on the recommended skills in the Diagnostic Tab.
- Grade 5 students will be able to access IXL through the single sign in by theis school Google Accounts. Access is provided in July. They can begin by taking the diagnostic assessments.
- reading over the summer time! Attached below are the Summer Reading Flyers. The first flyer provides grades 5, 6, 7, & 8 students a recommended novel list; though, there is not a specific number of novels to read, nor assignments to complete.
- In addition, Grade 8 students do have required specific short stories to read and assignments to complete prior to their return in September, detailed information is in the Google classroom, the information is provided on the Summer Reading Assignment Grade 8, Rev. 22-23 flyer below.
