English Language Arts

The Middle School language arts program focuses on developing enthusiasm for the language, the critical skills necessary to appreciate the written and spoken word, and the discipline and expertise to use the language effectively whether in writing, reading, viewing, listening, or speaking. The English Language Arts program provides students with the opportunity to develop competency and obtain knowledge of their language that will not only serve them during the middle school years but will also provide a foundation for transitioning into high school and beyond.
